STALL BOOKING FORM
Fill out the registration form completely with accurate information.
These RULES & REGULATIONS are meant to provide important information regarding the stall booking procedure and payment process.
- Stall will be allotted on a first-come-first serve basis
- The stall(s) allotted will be used solely by the participants for display of goods noted in their application form. Sub-letting of stall(s) or displaying goods not covered by the original application will not be allowed.
- 100% Advance payment is applicable for all the stall exibitors. All Payments must be done in favor of Saa Parichaya Foundation only.
- Please note that the payment should only be made after receiving confirmation from the organisers that your registration form has been reviewed and accepted by Saa Parichaya Foundation.
- Please note that the stall charge is Rs. 32,000/-, inclusive of GST. This amount covers the cost of the stall for the specified duration of the event.
- Deadline for stall registration is 31st July 2023. Late registrations may not be accepted, subject to availability.
- The stall exhibitors may not assign, sublet or grant licenses in respect of the whole or any part of the stall.
- Saa Parichaya Foundation and its office holders or its volunteers, will not be liable in any way for any injury, theft, damage, loss or harm of any kind whatsoever or which occurs as a result of any reason whatsoever that may be caused to person or property while they are present on the area of the exhibition grounds. And no compensation will be provided for damages due to theft. lighting fire, explosion or rainwater. Saa Parichaya will not be liable for any losses whatsoever that may be caused to the exhibitors in the event that water or electricity is cutoff or in case of any natural calamity.
- Please note that the stall charge includes complimentary meals for two persons per stall, which include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
